Cycling Australia, supported by MountainBike Australia, AustCycle, the Amy Gillette Foundation and our State cycling Associations has developed a programme to provide women with skills ( ie how to change a tyre, the etiquette of riding in a pelleton, ) , knowledge , motivation and the opportunity to create a social connection with other women over a series of weekly sessions.

It is an excellent way of improving your confidence in your cycling abilities, fitness and knowledge and may encourage you to improve your fitness, allow you to ride socially regularly and further or commute to work.

The series in Western Australia starts in early October.
