Victoria Health every year reviews over 300 apps to assess whether  they were likely to assist in changing behaviour and achieve a  healthier lifestyle. The apps are rated according to its functionality  and ability to affect user behaviour. The lifestyle apps rated were  those aiming for more healthy eating, being more physically active,  quitting smoking, drinking less alcohol and improving mental  wellbeing. The site has a very user-friendly search page to enter  category, device, age group and pricing to suit.
