October 12 marks the beginning of National Nutrition Week

Nutrition Australia is encouraging everyone to participate in the Nutrition Week Challenge by following the Australian Dietary Guidelines over the week.

Statistics  indicate that currently less than 7% of Australians eat the recommended amount of daily vegetables (5 serves) and only 54% of people manage to eat the daily serving recommendations for fruit ( 2 serves) For more information,
