FebFast is a charity raising money for youth addiction which has been based in Victoria since 2007, previously aimed supporting participants in taking 28 days break from alcohol while raising money. This year the FebFaster can chose from five habits to abstain from ; alcohol, nicotine, sugar , caffeine or social media.

The website has a broad range of apps, blogs, email , SMS, eMagazines and expert help and ideas available for the FebFaster, all of which may help further a New Year Resolution to break a habit, lose some weight , improve sleep and generally take more control over life.
